RESERVATIONS
We encourage you to make your reservations early because we must make hotel reservations and purchase tickets months in advance and only a limited number of people can be accommodated on our motor coaches. On trips that are full, we will add you to the wait list and contact you if openings occur.
DEPOSITS
DAY TRIPS
Full payment is due 14 days after we/you confirm your reservation.
Check or Cash are preferred methods of payment. Credit cards will be accepted but assessed a 3% processing fee.
OVERNIGHT TRIPS
$100 deposit is due 14 days after we/you confirm your reservation.
Full payment for all overnight trips is due 30 days prior to the trip.
Check or Cash are preferred methods of payment. Credit cards will be accepted but assessed a 3% processing fee.
REFUND POLICY
A full refund will be given on most motor coach tours when cancellations are received prior to 30 days of departure.
No refunds will be issued within 7 days of departure.
